While serving the Northeast Florida community for over 35 years, LAY Construction has completed a five (5) year evolution from Duckworth Construction to LAY|Duckworth Construction to LAY Construction. The transition has been positive for our team, our clients, and our subcontractor partners. We have maintained our core team that has over 150 years of combined building experience in Northeast Florida and added new talent to increase our capabilities.
We are thankful that our business has remained healthy and strong. In fact, LAY Construction has grown substantially over the past five years enabling further investment in people, systems, technology, and our workplace.
