Full building renovation project, rehabilitating a 50-year-old building to allow for four tenants.
The renovation consisted of rehabilitating a 50 year old building in the Historic Riverside area. Along with the interior renovation was bring the exterior façade of the building back to life.
Sustainability was kept in mind on this project. The client requested using energy efficient HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures. Recyclable polypropylene plastic, reclaimed wood, 100% recycled teak, sustainably sourced & recycled rattan, and naturally sourced organic fibers. Water-based sealer on natural wood ceilings and doors was used to complete the look.
